Structural design:
Double lips(a main lip, a vice lip), one spring.The steel skeleton is fully wrapped in rubber, rotary seal, used in low pressure, one side with sealing medium and the other side with light dust. Highest pressure 0.03mpa(0.3kgf/cm2).
Material Characteristics:
Various material options: It can be made of different rubber materials, such as Nitrile Rubber (NBR), Fluoroelastomer (FKM), Silicone Rubber (SI) and so on.
Nitrile rubber TC type oil seals have good oil resistance, strong abrasion resistance, relatively affordable, commonly used in general industrial equipment and automotive lubricating oil seals;
Fluorine rubber TC type oil seals can be adapted to higher temperatures and more corrosive chemical environments;
Silicone rubber TC type oil seals have excellent high and low temperature resistance and good electrical insulation properties.
